Mandala Designs- Inspired by Spring

By | March 14, 2016

The word Mandala means “circle”.  A Mandala represents wholeness extending beyond mind and body. Some have spiritual significance in few religions. Mandalas are used for meditation purposes thus allowing the individual to become one with universe. They can be created by an individual to symbolize their journey through life.
For me drawing Mandala was relaxing. It just soothes your mind with every line you draw. I usually prefer to draw my own mandalas, but there are also Mandala coloring books available which you can buy and color.

I have drawn 3 Mandalas here with ‘Spring’ as a concept. Here in this mandala you can see a lot of colors and geometric shapes representing the petals of the Flowers. Its Spring and how can you not have those beautiful colors in your Mandalas.:)

Here comes the spring!
Cheers to the new colors,
Cheers to the new aspirations,
Cheers to the new dreams,
Cheers to Us!

Have a look at it.Tag me along if you try drawing Mandalas.

Enjoy!
