DIY Chalkboard Banners
Today I have got, you guys this easy way of making customised banners for Birthdays and other occasions.Chalkboard banners can be used as Birthday banners and various special occasion banners.They can also be used to decorate your room.So lets see what you need:
Materials used:
- Cardstock paper
- Chalkboard Paint-Black
- Paint Sponge Brush
- Glue stick
- Scrap book paper
- Newspaper
- Jute roll
- Cellophane tape
Cut card stock paper painted with chalkboard paint and stuck on Scrap Booking Paper stuck to the jute twine.
Step 1
Cut the Cardstock paper in the desired shape. Here, I have cut the Cardstock in triangle shape.
Step 2
Spread the newspaper. Using the sponge brush paint the cut Cardstock paper with chalkboard paint. Remember to paint in one direction. Wait till it dries to put another coat in the opposite direction.Leave it overnight to cure.
Step 3
Then stick, the cut and painted cardstock triangles to the scrapbooking paper with glue stick.
Step 4
Now using the jute twine, try to tie all the finished triangles together in a string.
Enjoy the chalkboard banners.
